Park House project is Category A fit out where the three levels of the building were refurbished and prepared to be rented as individual units.
The ground floor level layout and façade were reorganised to incorporate new toilets, windows, lift/reception area and a new glass enclosure around the entrance area.
All the mechanical and electrical services were replaced including raised floors, suspended ceilings and internal surfaces.
